Process: Worked with one of HQ’s brokers, Darryl McColl to produce.
- Revamped brochure to align with HQ’s 2017 rebranding, focusing on architectural grid lines, white space, and re-arranging layouts to improve readability and visuals
- Drafted content for “Investment Opportunity”, “Property Highlights”, and “Neighbourhood/Chilliwack Highlights”
- Researched on Google maps/earth and re-designed it into a map for page 4
- Created new vertical and horizontal brochure templates because I realized none was created beforehand
